New construction is one of Skyvolt's primary specialties. The panel and service size, circuit layout, and rough-in are all decided before drywall goes up, and all of it has to hold for the life of the building.
Skyvolt works on both commercial builds and residential new construction — from architectural and electrical drawings, or scoped directly with a builder on site.

Working with builders and GCs
On a new build, electrical sits on the critical path — a missed rough-in window holds up insulation, drywall, and every trade behind it. Skyvolt confirms rough-in and finish dates against the build schedule and shows up to them.
For general contractors and developers, that includes carrying the permit and the Field Safety Representative declaration without having to chase it.

Can you work from architectural and electrical drawings?
Yes. Send the drawing set and Skyvolt will scope the electrical package, or walk the site with a builder if the layout is still being finalised.
How early should the electrician be involved?
At the design stage, ideally before framing closes up. Service size and circuit layout on a new build are expensive to change after rough-in inspection.
